ROSEDALE REAL ESTATE = ROSEDALE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT Rosedale is rich in Real Estate History:  Originally the area of South Rosedale was settled as a homestead by William and Mary Jarvis in the 1820`s  it was sold in 1864 and the neighbourhood (neighborhood) what is now known as South Rosedale was parceled and developed as a subdivision to then neighbouring Toronto.  Mr. Jarvis, with his friend  Joseph.
